Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to join our busy Service Department. This role is well suited for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As a key point of contact for our service guests, the Appointment Coordinator helps create a positive customer experience by booking appointments, answering inquiries, following up with clients, and supporting the daily flow of the Service Department.
Schedule
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with appointment scheduling
- Make outbound calls to confirm, remind, and follow up with service customers
- Greet customers arriving for service appointments in a friendly and professional manner
- Determine customer needs and accurately document the reason for their visit
- Schedule appointments using the Tekion scheduling system
- Coordinate appointment details with Service Advisors and dealership staff
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure a positive experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with a premium-brand experience
- Support the Service Department with additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to stay organized and adapt quickly in a busy environment
- Basic understanding of vehicle service or mechanical operations is considered an asset
- Previous customer service, reception, call centre, or dealership experience is preferred
- Experience with Tekion is considered an asset, but not required

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
