At Sunflower Cleaning Ltd., we know experienced cleaners are the backbone of great service. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Lead Cleaner / Team Lead to help lead our residential cleaning teams, maintain high standards, and support newer team members.

What You’ll Do
- · Lead residential cleaning teams on-site and set the standard for quality
- · Clean alongside your team and lead by example
- · Train, coach, and support new team members
- · Complete quality checks to ensure homes are cleaned to company standards
- · Communicate professionally with clients and respond to questions or concerns
- · Assist with scheduling, reporting, and daily team coordination
- · Serve as a key link between field staff and management
What We’re Looking For
- · 1+ year of residential cleaning experience
- · Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail
- · Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- · Reliable, professional, and organized
- · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- · Positive attitude and strong team mindset
- · Interest in growing into a larger leadership or operations role
