Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the service department team, including service technicians and advisors, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
- Oversee vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, and transmission repairs
- Manage automotive diagnostics and repair processes with precision to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
- Drive sales through upselling additional services such as auto body repairs, diesel engine work, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto estimating
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate service writing, auto estimating, and documentation for all repairs performed
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies necessary for automotive repair tasks
- Promote a safety-first environment by adhering to all safety protocols related to vehicle servicing and workshop operations
