What you will do
- Independently manage and execute service delivery orders.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to complete order requirements and objectives.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through the life cycle of each order.
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication at all times.
- Provide tactical support to senior team members, including data entry into internal systems (e.g., ClickUp) and setting up customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate records related to orders and customer profiles.
- Seek out opportunities and drive change to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in order management or other equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Experience in the telecommunications or high-technology industry is an asset.
- Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Familiar with Order/Project Management systems

- Possesses organizational skills, the ability multitask and meet deadlines with little supervision.
- Demonstrates initiative, judgment and adaptability; takes a solution-based approach to problems
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship skills and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, carriers, vendors, suppliers and others.
