Duties
- High-Speed Prep & Menu Making is key to success. Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, accurately handling cash and processing transactions efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Support team members with various tasks such as restocking supplies and cleaning duties as needed.
- Opening/closing the store
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales .
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
