Responsibilities
- Perform professional beauty treatments including body waxing, nail care, and other skincare services.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their experience and support business objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer expert advice.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products effectively and processing transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, or related beauty treatments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a beauty or spa environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
