Now Hiring: Mainline Excavator Operator
We are looking for a safety-conscious and skilled Mainline Excavator Operator to join our Underground Division for the 2026 season.
Our ideal candidate:
-
Has 3-5 years of experience as a mainline excavator operator
-
Has experience digging triple line, craning pipe, gravel, and manholes
-
Can operate mid to large sized excavators safely and with precision
-
Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
-
Works well in team setting and is a team player
-
Has reliable transportation and valid drivers’ license
-
Safety certifications are an asset (Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification)
What We Offer:

Competitive Hourly Wage: ($35 - $45)

Pay Increases for strong performers

Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week

Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque
