Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior <PERSON> to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior staff
- Support food safety and sanitation standards across the kitchen and service areas
- Help with food plating, presentation, and serving to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage basic food handling tasks, including storage, portioning, and inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and dining areas
- Support team management by supervising junior staff when necessary and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for guests through friendly service and professional conduct
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality is advantageous
