Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and engage high-performing candidates (“A-players”). This role requires a strong focus on relationship-building, external engagement, and strategic sourcing to support ongoing hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
- Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions to engage with potential candidates
- Represent the organization professionally at external events and build employer brand presence
- Organize and host recruitment events, information sessions, and hiring initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
