Requirements:
- Valid BC ECE Certificate
- Fluent English communication skills
- 3+ Experience working in licensed childcare settings
- Strong understanding of play-based and Reggio-inspired learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements and daily daycare operations
- Positive, calm, and professional approach with children and families
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging play-based activities indoor and out
- Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff
- Complete daily cleaning, supervision, and licensing requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members
