Associate Lawyer – Residential Real Estate
Join a busy, well-established residential real estate law firm in Kitchener. We’re looking for a motivated Associate Lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced practice and enjoys working directly with clients to help them navigate one of life’s biggest transactions.

What you’ll do:
- Run residential purchase, sale, refinance, and transfer files from start to finish with our amazing clerks
- Advise clients and guide them through their transactions
- Review and draft Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Status Certificates and other related documents
- Work closely with lenders, Realtors, and opposing counsel in closing transactions
- Resolve closing and post-closing issues efficiently in a team environment
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 2 – 3 years minimum law firm experience
- Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Real estate experience is an asset; familiarity with Unity or Teraview is a bonus
