Position: Carpenter
Hourly wage: $25.00-$40.00 (based on performance and experience)
Location: Within an hour from Gravenhurst

What we offer:
Our projects are from start to finish so we have a big variety of work to offer. Job duties will include, but not limited to;
- Demolition
- Foundations
- Framing
- Drywall
- Working at heights (siding, roofing etc.)
- Finished carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting
- Property maintenance (spring/fall clean ups, grass cutting)
- Decks, crib and/or floating docks
- Landscaping
- Hardscaping
Required skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Reading blueprints and work accordingly
- Great leadership and motivated
- Reliable and sufficient on the job-site
