Are you a hands-on individual with mechanical aptitude and a love for golf carts? Are you seeking a diverse role where you can work both in the yard and office environment? Look no further! We are currently hiring a Golf Cart Employee with mechanical experience to join our dynamic team.
This is NOT a student position. Persons returning to school in the fall need not apply. You must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, evenings & holidays. This is a seasonal position.
Position: Golf Cart Employee - Yard and Office Location: Golf Cart Rental Facility Job
Type: Hours will vary - must be able to work both part & full time.
Job Description: As a Golf Cart Employee, you will play a crucial role in our operations by assisting both in the yard and office. Your main responsibilities will include:
Yard Duties:
- Inspecting, cleaning, recharging and performing routine maintenance on golf carts.
- Conducting basic repairs and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Assisting customers giving out golf cart rentals
- Ensuring the yard is organized and carts are properly stored.
- Golf Cart Towing
- Performing regular inventory checks.
Office Duties:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, reservations, and check-in procedures.
- Providing information about rental rates, policies, and additional services.
- Managing customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with golf carts and their components an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle mechanical repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be available weekends and evenings
