Job Summary:
The Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of an organization by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. This role acts as a key liaison between management, staff, vendors, and customers to help achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operations managers and teams.
- Maintain and update operational records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with budgeting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable tasks when required.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
- Track and follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Support Marketing team, US Team, and actively update the management regarding any communications that needs their attention
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or office support experience.
- Speaking Farsi/Persian is a strong asset!
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management software is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
