About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced 310T Technician to join our morning start-up shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts, takes ownership of equipment readiness, and can work independently with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Perform morning inspections, diagnostics, and start-up prep on fleet vehicles
- Complete required repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate records
- Ensure equipment is ready for dispatch at the start of daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently on a quiet early shift
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Experience with fleet or commercial vehicle maintenance (asset)

About the Role
We’re hiring additional 310T Technicians for our afternoon shift. This role has a clear opportunity to advance into a Lead Hand position for a strong, experienced technician who demonstrates leadership ability and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Support afternoon shop operations and collaborate with other technicians
- Maintain accurate work orders and follow safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues
- (For Lead Hand track) Support workload coordination and mentor junior techs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skillset
- Drive to grow into a leadership role (asset but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous fleet or heavy vehicle experience preferred
