- Identify and prospect new customers using multiple channels including cold calling, digital outreach, and networking

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and sales opportunities

Engage with customers through meetings (virtual and in-person) to develop relationships and trust

Drive new business growth, particularly within SME segments for FCL and LCL solutions

Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights and customized sea logistics solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing and deliver customer proposals

Support the successful onboarding and implementation of new business into operations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, pipeline, and activities in CRM systems

Monitor account performance, including shipment volumes and revenue development
