Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Driver & Catering Delivery Customer Representative to support our catering and delivery operations. This role goes beyond delivery. It is a client-facing position responsible for ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standard of hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of catering, grocery, and e-commerce orders, along with on-site setup and providing a seamless customer experience from arrival through completion.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver catering, grocery, and e-commerce orders to client locations in a timely manner

Verify all orders prior to departure to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper packaging

Load and unload catering items, grocery products, and related materials with care

Set up catering orders and food displays at client sites according to provided instructions or event requirements

Act as the on-site representative, engaging with clients in a professional, courteous, and solutions-oriented manner

Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint

Address client requests or concerns on-site and communicate any issues back to the operations team promptly

Ensure all deliveries are executed to company standards for presentation, quality, and service

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle at all times

Follow all food safety, handling, and transportation standards

Assist with packing, preparation, and staging of catering and delivery orders when required

Perform grocery and e-commerce deliveries as needed to support overall business operations

Carry out any additional duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license (G) with a clean driving record

Previous delivery, logistics, or customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
