Key Holder / Sales Associate

We’re not your average retail team. We value authenticity, creativity, and good energy. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Key Holder who can keep the store running smoothly while bringing a fresh, problem-solving mindset to the floor.
The Role (What You’ll Do)
- Lock It Down: Be the trusted guardian of the store. You’ll handle the opening and closing routines, including disarming and setting the alarms.
- Vibe Check: Set the aesthetic tone. Maintain the store's visual merchandising so it’s always ready and easy to shop.
- Energy Management: Help customers find exactly what they need, handle returns, and de-escalate any issues with empathy and calm.
- Main Character Energy: When the store manager is off, you’re stepping up as the Shift Lead. You’ll oversee daily ops, delegate tasks, and keep the team's morale high.
- Tech & Ops: Process transactions on the POS system, count tills, and handle quick digital communications with the team.
- Digital: Create, manage and share engaging social media content.
- Community: Assist with community events and special initiatives.
The Flex (What You Bring)
- 1-2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Problem-Solver: You don't panic when things go wrong; you adapt and find a quick fix.
- Reliable: We can count on you to be on time and hold the keys to the kingdom.
- Communication Skills: You know how to talk to anyone and work well within a close team.
