Sales & Customer Experience Representative
Job Summary
Our growing communications business is seeking a motivated, responsible, and professional Sales Representative to assist customers with Rural Internet, Television, Alarm, Camera, and Home Phone services through phone, email, events, storefront, and in-person interactions.
We are looking for an outgoing individual who can quickly learn and retain product knowledge while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a growing customer base and evolving product lineup.
This position also includes assisting with company events, including setup, scheduling, attendance, and customer engagement at promotional events across Central Ontario, along with assisting with storefront operations and e-commerce sales inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phone calls related to internet, television, alarm, camera, and home phone service inquiries
- Respond to customer leads through follow-up calls and emails
- Suggest relevant products and upsells to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
- Develop a strong understanding of our services and available options
- Schedule installation and service appointments
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Assist customers through storefront and e-commerce sales channels
- Help maintain and organize storefront displays and product inventory
- Process online inquiries and assist with e-commerce orders
- Attend company events, trade shows, and community promotions
- Assist with event setup, scheduling, teardown, and customer interaction at events
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; College Education considered an asset
- Retail and/or sales experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software platforms
- Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to travel to events throughout Central Ontario
