Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support the efficient operation of our projects and facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed
- Support the setup and cleanup of work sites or production areas
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Help with basic construction, assembly, or repair tasks under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manual labor environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
