About the Role: Join the fulfillment team at Tenda Canada, one of Canada’s premier retailers for hunting, shooting, and outdoor equipment. As we continue to expand our e-commerce and retail operations, we are seeking a physically fit, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare high-end outdoor products and ammunition for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, organizing stock, and performing regular inventory counts to maintain high data accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse environment clean, safe, and organized to optimize daily workflow and efficiency.
- Logistics Support: Assist with loading/unloading goods and moving stock within the warehouse manually or using equipment.
Qualifications:
- Legal Status: Must have a valid work permit or permanent legal working status in Canada.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically strong and capable of frequent heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong sense of responsibility with a focus on accuracy to ensure the right products reach the right customers.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Licensing: A valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) is a significant asset but not mandatory for this role.
Pay: $17.20-$26.20 per hour
