We’re currently seeking a dedicated AZ/DZ Driver to join our year-round team. This role combines winter snow removal operations with summer-season hauling and equipment transport for our landscaping and construction projects.
We’re looking for that rare unicorn of a driver who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, be safe, stay busy, and take pride in a fast-paced, ever-changing workday.

Qualifications:
- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with clean abstract.
- Experience with snow removal operations an asset (training can be provided).
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ or DZ licensed vehicles for the transportation of freight and materials.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed.
- Ensure all freight is secured properly before transit to prevent damage or accidents.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations.
Requirements
- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, freight transport, or related fields.
- Familiarity with forklift operation, heavy equipment handling, and automotive repair is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation purposes.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to scheduled routes and deadlines.
- Physical ability to load/unload freight and perform inspections as required.
Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
