Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing trust and rapport from the moment they walk in.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns, accurately documenting vehicle issues and service requests.
- Explain repair options clearly, providing honest recommendations while highlighting potential upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Prepare detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance, including parts, labor, and additional services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and maintain precise financial records.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing relationships for future business.
Requirements
- Proven automotive experience or automotive service advising background preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle issues thoroughly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear, understandable manner.
- Sales aptitude with a focus on upselling additional services and maintenance plans.
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in financial transactions.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts inventory management is a plus.

Pay $
- hourly + sales percentage bonus. (based on experience)
Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
