Job description:
About the Role
We’re looking for a Front End Coordinator to join our team. This is not a traditional front desk position. The right candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and excited to play an important role in the full client experience.
Our Studio Coordinators help support the entire client journey — from the moment a client arrives, to checkout, to recommending products that enhance their experience. This role also supports the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our studio running smoothly.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who is reliable, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
A key requirement for this role is flexibility. Candidates must be available for a mix of evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure they have a positive, seamless experience
- Check clients in and out using the studio booking system
- Support the client journey from arrival through checkout
- Provide thoughtful product recommendations when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Assist with studio cleaning and upkeep throughout the day
- Complete studio laundry and restocking tasks
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed (room flipping, disinfecting equipment, etc)
- Communicate clearly with staff to ensure smooth studio flow
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and proactive — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without being told
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Highly reliable and organized
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Willingness to assist with cleaning, laundry, and operational tasks
- Must be flexible with scheduling (evenings, weekends, daytime shifts)

Please submit your resume and a brief message telling us why you’d be a great fit for this role.
