Ensure all mechanical equipment and plant assets are maintained safely and effectively
Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables, including monthly counts
Track maintenance activities and contractor work through the work order system
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Work closely with operations teams to identify issues and improve equipment reliability
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and perform root cause analysis
Ensure all maintenance work is properly recorded and documented
Manage purchasing activities using the PO system and identify process improvements
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety standards
Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team to achieve performance goals
Schedule work, track progress, and review team payroll
Coordinate contractor activities and review invoices for accuracy
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
