Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (35 hours/week). Must have flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends based on shipment arrivals and customer viewing appointments.

We are a growing fitness equipment business based oin Vancouver, BC, specializing in the manufacturing, retail, and installation of premium gym equipment. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated individual to join our core team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that covers all facets of the business, from managing overseas logistics to front-line customer sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Act as the primary liaison between our Vancouver operations and overseas manufacturers. Use your fluency in English and Chinese to coordinate purchase orders, track warehouse inventory, and manage international shipping logistics.
- Customer Sales & Consultation: Showcase our products to domestic clients. Listen to their specific fitness needs, recommend tailored equipment setups, and provide exceptional ongoing customer service for both online and in-person buyers.
- Marketing & Business Development: Spearhead local advertising initiatives, market our product offerings, and assist with the rollout of new product launches.
- Industry Research: Monitor emerging strength and conditioning equipment trends across both North American and Asian markets to keep our inventory highly competitive.
- Operational Support: Provide hands-on administrative and operational support across the business, particularly when processing new shipment arrivals, organizing warehouse inventory, and coordinating customer order fulfillments and local installations.
Requirements
- Language: Complete fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory for communicating with our overseas manufacturing partners.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, importing, logistics, or business administration is a strong asset.
- Industry Knowledge: A genuine personal interest in fitness and a strong working knowledge of gym equipment.
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern technology and online communication tools to manage daily operations.
- Work Style: Reliable, eager to learn, and capable of working independently while managing multiple moving parts.
