Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, fast-paced, and organized Full-Time Floor Manager to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will oversee daily front-of-house operations, support staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining the high standards of KohSaar Grill.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support servers during shifts
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Operate and troubleshoot the POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure staff follow restaurant policies and standards
- Train and mentor new team members when required
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Lead by example and foster a positive and professional team atmosphere
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using POS systems and technology
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant experience is considered a strong asset
- Management or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
