About the Role
Looking to start a career in the cleaning industry? We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Cleaners. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Professional Cleaners, receiving direct training and supervision while learning our cleaning systems, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
This position is ideal for individuals with little or no professional cleaning experience who are eager to learn and grow. As your skills develop, you'll have opportunities to advance into a Professional Cleaner position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Professional Cleaners in delivering high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, commercial buildings, offices, and other client properties.
- Learn proper cleaning techniques for a variety of surfaces, materials, and environments.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas under the guidance of a Professional Cleaner.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Restock cleaning supplies and help maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Observe and learn company quality standards while developing speed and efficiency.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to your supervising Professional Cleaner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients.
- Secure client properties by following company access and security procedures.
- Work as part of a team while gradually taking on additional responsibilities as skills improve.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
- Must be bondable.
Training & Development
Entry-Level Cleaners receive direct, hands-on training from experienced Professional Cleaners. During the training period, all work is completed under supervision while learning:
- Company cleaning systems and procedures.
- Safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Time management and workplace efficiency.
- Quality control standards.
- Professional client communication and customer service.
Employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and mastery of our cleaning standards may be considered for promotion to Professional Cleaner.
