Do you like working outside while doing good things for the environment? Are you interested in machines, and unafraid of dirt & mud? Were you one of those kids who always had cool rocks in your pocket? GRT may be the place for you.
GRT’s Resource Regeneration Facility receives trucks & barges of unwanted soil, then washes and sorts the soil to produce clean rock products for reuse. As a Plant Crew member, you’ll spend your days working hard with our Operators to keep the plant running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll spend most of your time working outside on GRT’s output belts, removing any debris from our aggregate products as they come out of our plant (to ensure quality). You’ll also assist with other tasks, including tidying up the site and helping crew members with various projects on an as-needed basis. Every day is a little bit different at our plant, so Crew members need to be very comfortable responding quickly and safely to directions. Does this sound right up your alley? Read on to learn more.
Shift schedules and lengths vary, possible night shifts ($3/hr premium for night shifts).
