Labourer / Restoration Technician
Nurtured Nest is growing! With an increasing demand for our carpentry services, we are expanding into restoration and property maintenance work and are looking for a reliable, skilled, and hands-on individual to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is comfortable working independently and as a team, enjoys a variety of tasks, and has experience with (or is eager to learn) restoration cleaning, property clean-outs, and general labour work.
Wage:
$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Type:
Part-time, with the opportunity to lead to full-time hours

Responsibilities may include:
- Restoration cleaning and property recovery work
- Haul-outs, junk removal, and property clean-ups
- Assisting with carpentry and general maintenance projects
- Using basic tools and completing hands-on tasks
- Working with clients and maintaining a professional standard of service
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to take initiative
- Comfortable with physical labour and working in different environments
- Handy with tools and general repairs/maintenance
- Experience in restoration, construction, carpentry, cleaning, or related fields is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Must pass criminal record check
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 25–35 hours per week
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $30/hour (based on experience)
