CM Cleaning Ltd. is a well-established professional cleaning company with 15+ years of experience, proudly serving commercial, residential, and industrial clients throughout the Lakeland region.
This is more than a traditional cleaning role. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional with leadership potential who is looking for a genuine long-term career opportunity within an established and growing company.
This position begins as a part-time hands-on training role (20–25 hours per week) with the intention of mentoring the right individual into a full-time management position.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up while growing into a key leadership position.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership development opportunity that includes:
Professional residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning
Quality control and site inspections
Client walkthroughs and consultations
Learning project estimating and service recommendations
Supporting team training and leadership development
Assisting with day-to-day field operations
Coordinating with scheduling and office support
Ordering and managing supplies
Problem-solving operational issues as they arise
Representing CM Cleaning professionally with clients and team members
This role may evolve as training progresses and responsibilities expand.

Preferred Qualifications
Cleaning industry experience strongly preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience considered a strong asset
WHMIS Certification
First Aid Certification
Familiarity with SECOR requirements (asset, not mandatory)
Strong customer service / client-facing communication skills
Requirements
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Reliable vehicle (mandatory)
Criminal record check
