We are looking for an individual to join our team on at our Square One location. Your availability range will be three to four days a week starting at 10:00 am or until 9:00 pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers as they enter.
- Give customers drink suggestions and answer their questions regarding our selections.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g., preferences in size, dairy and sugar and ice ratios).
- Prepare beverages in accordance with company recipes and procedures.
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
- Keep the service area clean.
- Maintain stock of both store use and retail items, including managing inventory levels.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate customer feedback, product and/or service inquiries from both customers and other businesses to managers.
- Recommend new items and participate in new product or equipment testing and providing feedback.
- Have a thorough understanding of our product offerings and how to be able to guide customers to the right choice.
- Prepare online orders and assist customers in selecting teas, if needed.
