The Resident Assistant role is to assist and support residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all time residents' independence and freedom of choice. According to the established care plan provides assistant with support services, health maintenance activities and social activities as needed and desired by each resident. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of Nikkei Seniors Health Care and Housing Society.
