We're looking for a passionate, credentialed wellness professional to join our team and help customers discover the best natural health solutions for their needs.
About the Role: As our Natural Product Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert on the floor — guiding customers through supplement selections, answering health questions with confidence, and creating an exceptional in-store wellness experience rooted in evidence-based natural health.
Schedule: Afternoons & weekends — with lots of flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
Qualifications:
- NPN (Natural Product Number) certification or designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) / Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) — required
- In-depth knowledge of natural health products, supplements, vitamins, and herbal remedies
- Familiarity with Health Canada NHP regulations and NPN labelling requirements
- Ability to make informed, responsible product recommendations within scope of practice
- Experience in natural health retail, a health food store, or a clinical wellness setting is a strong asset
- Genuine passion for holistic health, nutrition, and preventive wellness
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
