Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality Physiotherapy services tailored to individual patient needs.
- One-on-One 30 min follow ups with the time you need with the patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
Qualifications:
- Valid registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in home care or community settings is an asset but new grads are encouraged to apply.
