About Blachford Lodge by Arctic Kingdom
Blachford Lake Lodge is a premier fly-in wilderness lodge located on a pristine lake in the Northwest Territories, offering unforgettable year-round northern experiences under the aurora.
Operating in a remote environment means everything matters — power, heat, water, and infrastructure systems must run safely and reliably to support both guests and staff.
We are a small, hands-on team that values accountability, problem-solving, and people who take pride in keeping things running well.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical maintenance role. As the Property & Systems Lead, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation and reliability of all core lodge systems — including power, heating, fuel, water, and wastewater.
You’ll take ownership of these systems while working alongside leadership and external contractors for larger or specialized projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a meaningful role in a unique northern setting.

- Experience leading or mentoring others
