Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation and cleanliness protocols
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
