What you'll be doing
As part of our Enterprise Payments Transformation team, you'll join us as a Consultant, Business Delivery, focusing on the people side of change for our wire modernization (EWM) program. The Consultant will play a key role in guiding and supporting our organization through the transition to the new payments wire messaging standard, ensuring that employees are prepared, trained, and aligned with these changes. Your work will center on managing the human aspects of our transformation to ISO 20022, impacting multiple departments, processes, and systems across CIBC. You'll collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to foster adoption, address concerns, and help drive successful outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of payments at CIBC while supporting our teams through meaningful change.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
