Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and leasing options confidently to meet customer needs.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer budgets, preferences, and financing options to close high-end sales successfully.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize dealership revenue.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, vehicle specifications, and current promotions to support sales efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring satisfaction from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills when engaging with clients or presenting at events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer information.
- Previous dealership experience or background in automobile sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple clients, appointments, and inventory records simultaneously.
- Outbound sales experience including cold calling techniques to generate leads proactively.
