Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to diverse audiences
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and product placement
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or via digital channels
- Assist in training new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge as needed
- Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and retail operations is advantageous
- Previous experience in technical sales or familiarity with products requiring detailed explanation is desirable
