Position Summary:
The Lot Attendant / Delivery Person plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership while assisting with customer deliveries and pickups. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dealership lot, and yard.
- Move, stage, and position motorsports and marine units as required.
- Assist with customer deliveries and pickups of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, and trailers.
- Safely load, unload, and secure units for transportation.
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory.
- Ensure all units are properly tagged, displayed, and stored.
- Support various departments with errands, transfers, and general duties as required.
- Keep company vehicles, trailers, and equipment clean and in good working order.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing trailers is considered an asset.
- Ability to operate motorsports and marine equipment safely (training provided if required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
