JOB OPPORTUNITY – ROOF REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Absolute Roof Solutions is a locally owned British Columbia company. Our reputation as the Lower Mainland’s top roofing contractor has been in place since 1998.
We are currently looking for new Repair Technicians to grow with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing service calls and repairs with the aid of a labourer.
Skills / Abilities:
· Able to work efficiently while unsupervised;
· Problem-solving & critical thinking;
· Proficient with hand and power tools common to specific trade;
· Must have a valid driver's license;
· Must be able to quote fixed price repairs;
· Have 5+ years experience in the roofing industry (flat & sloped);
· Have Metal/cladding experience is a benefit;
· Have a journeyman ticket or the intention of getting it;
· Previous experience with Job Nimbus is an asset;
· Must feel comfortable using spreadsheets, tablets and phones;
· Good verbal and written communication skills;
· Teamwork skills;
· Previous experience with customer service is an asset.
Compensation: Includes Company Vehicle, laptop & phone + Profit Share + Benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00-$42.00 per hour
