KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and create all types of signage and printed materials
- Effectively communicate design concepts to clients
- Preparing files for production
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A great attitude and solid work ethic
- Advanced knowledge / experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
- PC proficient
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to multitask, be resourceful, prioritize workload, manage time effectively and adapt to changing situations and deadlines
- Problem solving,and an attention to detail are critical
- Excellent spelling and grammar, as well as basic math skills
- Have a sense of responsibility and ownership towards the job
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Natural sense of good layout
- Knowledge of products and production preparation
- SIGN SHOP EXPERIENCE A BONUS
The ideal candidate will have a solid skill set with Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop. Previous experience working in a sign shop is an asset but we are willing to train the right person.
