Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Master's level education in PsychologyLicensure: Must be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) with an authorized area of practice as a psychological associate in Clinical Psychology.Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with psychometric theory, including validity, reliability, and standard error of measurement.Soft Skills: The ability to build a quick rapport with children or anxious adults to ensure they perform at their true baseline during testing.
