Cook: Part Time Position
Wages: $25.18 As per collective agreement
Hours: 11:30a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Days: a Saturday, Sunday and Stat Holidays
Responsible to: The Full Time Chef/House Manager
Responsible for daily meal preparation for 30-40 Residents under the direction of the Full Time Chef
Addresses the nutritional needs of residents
Addresses the residents’ food preferences whenever possible Ensures all practices conform with Food Safe Guidelines
Maintains owner and staff confidentiality
Qualifications:
Specific
Red Seal or equivalent in training
Experience Knowledge of special diets
Food Safe - Basic & Advanced
Minimum 1 year’s experience
Criminal Record Check Required
General
Able to work independently
Flexible and responsible
Motivated and enthusiastic
