Job description
We are a small but rapidly growing veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate has reception experience, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, has a cheerful disposition, and is fully bilingual. The receptionists are the gateway to the clinic and therefore it is crucial that clients are dealt with in a polite, respectful, and friendly fashion. Having patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask are a necessity when interacting with clients who can be in emotional distress due to an ill pet.
The post of receptionist requires answering phones, dealing with clients buying food and medication, admitting patients to the clinic, and scheduling.
The ideal candidate would be able to work Tuesdays-Saturdays.
Salary: $19 per hour
Pay: $19.00 per hour
