Job Responsibilities
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, trimming, litter pickup, and removal.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, grandstands, walk-behind mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and power edgers (training provided for the right candidate).
- Maintain commercial and residential properties to the highest standards.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure properties remain in top condition.
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Experience with lawn care equipment and property maintenance is an asset but not required. We will provide training for individuals willing to learn.
- Previous experience working on commercial or residential properties is a plus.
- A customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team or independently
- A valid “G” driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (preferred)
- Candidates without a driver’s license must have access to public transit as we are located on a bus route
