Duties

- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble mechanical components accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and coordinate maintenance schedules.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all maintenance tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairing diverse machinery or equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., and power tools like drills, grinders, or impact wrenches.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams for accurate troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
- Prior experience working in a maintenance or mechanical role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
