About the job
As a Barista, you’ll create memorable experiences for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted coffee and signature iced drinks. You’ll be in an energetic retail space with our parent company Stratis Insurance Agency, where you’ll have the ability to master your craft while having fun doing it.
What will your day look like?
- Deliver a memorable guest experience for our customers
- Prepare drinks to standard; maintain milk texture and beverage presentation.
- Complete opening and closing duties including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, dish cycles and restocking inventory.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
Who are we looking for?
- Energetic and vibrant personality that can deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to multi-task, be organized and efficient with prep and
- 6+ months of FOH (front of house) experience ideally with coffee and specialty drinks.
- Completion of FoodSafe is required.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation
This position pays $19.00 per hour + tips.
