Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
- Prepare reports related to daily financials and occupancy for management review
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with other tasks such as portage and breakfast setup.
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
